I have heard good things about EPGY's online AP Physics B course. I
understand it is at the introductory college level and afterward the
student would be prepared to take the AP Physics B exam. Compared with EPGY
math, EPGY physics has visual lectures with animation and color so maybe it
would be more motivating to the student? It wouldn't hurt to take a look at
some free or lower cost alternatives.

Check out the free MIT Open Courseware class list to see what is available
here: http://ocw.zju.edu.cn/OcwWeb/Global/all-courses.htm#Physics
A popular physics class is taught by the amazing Professor Lewin. All the
materials, including video lectures, problem sets, and exams, except for
the textbook, are there on the MIT website.

Two free AP Physics online courses (B and C) here:
http://www.archive.org/details/ap_courses

(the entire courses are there, it just doesn't look like it. Click on the
course you want, then when you get there, the lesson you want, then look to
the left hand side of the page and it says "click to start this lesson".

Physics C lectures/lessons and book recommendations here:

To line up with the AP exam, go to the page linked below and click on
"Example Textbook List." You can also look at sample syllabi that have been
approved for the course.

Also, Kinetic Books says on their website that their Physics for Scientists
and Engineers
digital course has now been approved for AP, and they provide
virtual labs as well. It costs $50 for the CD version of the course and $30
for the labs (it's a little cheaper for the one-year web access version).

The College Board answers some questions about AP courses and middle school
here: http://www.collegeboard.com/html/apcourseaudit/faq.html

Another text to consider: Physics with Calculus, by Craig Fletcher. The
books come in two volumes, and were designed as a self-teaching course. Try
buying used.
Some particle physics resources:

The name says it all. Intro particle physics tutorial with some "activity"
sheets (though some are simply quizzes).

This links to a page of primarily science-based projects (some of which are
interdisciplinary) for elementary through high school level students.

Data-based Investigations from Fermilab

And more:
"Physics 10: Physics for Future Presidents" by Professor Richard A. Muller
of UC Berkeley, a series of 26 lectures, each 1.25 hrs. Dr. Muller is an
engaging speaker and the material is presented clearly. This series (so
far) is a good introduction to basic physics concepts, and was too good not
to share. Free on youtube and podcasted on iTunes:

Muller also wrote a book for the general public (and also a textbook), same
title:

UC Berkeley has many courses available online:

The Teaching Company has a course "Physics in Your Life" by Wolfson here:

Enjoyable for all ages; paced in half hour segments; demonstrations of
classic experiments. Check the library; if not in holdings, wait for a TC
sale. TC also has String Theory, and much, much more.

Chad Orzel has posted a preliminary copy of the first chapter of his book,

If you want to make $10-$150/hour and up to

If you want to make $10-$150/hour and up to $3500/month of your free time working at
home part-time then this is the most important message you’re ever
going to read.

Here’s why:

“Businesses need ME! They’re paying me money – CASH – to a
36-year-old work-at-home mother to get my opinion.”

http://www.cash-reward-surveys.info/surveys.html

Guess what?

They also need YOU!

I’m not a marketing expert or a sales gal. In fact, I know very
little about business. But I do know exactly what I like and what
I don’t like. I know what products I would buy and what services
I would use.

Guess what? This is exactly what large companies are paying me
for. They need to know what their average customer needs and
wants. So these companies pay millions of dollars every month to
the average person. In return, the average person, myself
included, answers some questions and gives them their opinion.

You’ve got to try this out. Just click on the link below and
check it out yourself.

Hi, This just came across my desk and I had to pass it on to you ASAP…
Internet multi-millionaire Mack Michaels has a few new positions available right now…
If accepted you can easily rake in $11, 917 per month starting from scratch.
==> http://www.maverickmoneymaking.info/maverick.html
Once you’re accepted just follow the training Mack gives you. It’s really quite simple…
Learn how Mack went from not being able to afford Christmas gifts to a millionaire lifestyle and how you can too!
BUT…
Due to the extremely high level of Hands-On time Mack spends with every new member he has to limit the number of positions that are open.
Right now there are only 2 available in your area. If you’re interested you should move quickly.
