Istanbul, day 1

Western half of Istanbul is split in two parts, North and South, by an inlet called Golden Horn and Galata Bridge is one of the bridges across it. The name comes from the Galata district/tower on the North end of the bridge. Sinc that's where we are staying, it is the closest to us. The bridge is rather new, from 1960s, but it is the forth one in the same place. The current one has two levels - the lower level is filled with fish restaurants end to end and the top is lined up with fishermen.
